After three decades of leading global transformations for giants like IBM, Ericsson, and Huawei, and building ventures like Snap-E Cabs and AutoBlaze from the ground up, I’m excited to share a new chapter. I am officially scaling JM Consulting & Advisory Services into a full-fledged practice to help organizations bridge the gap between "corporate strategy" and "entrepreneurial execution."

In 30 years, I’ve seen industries shift from traditional telecom to digital-first ecosystems.
